Hoxton + Page are different to their competitors; they are a young chic agency providing a simple and transparent real estate experience with a fresh new approach to searching for properties. In order to communicate this, the website allows for either generic searches, or advanced property searches with a simple search bar. Limiting the amount of information that is presented on the landing pages also helps to create a more engaging, hassle free experience for site visitors.

The design:

The use of full width and height imagery, along with clear, bold titles and calls-to-action help to give the website’s layout a true sense of simplicity. The alternating headings for each section help to create a sense of movement as well as guide the visitors through the contents of the page.
